Teacher - Keeley took up yoga in 2013, and found yoga to be greatly beneficial to both her mental health and back challenges (scoliosis). After much soul searching she left her career as a senior commercial lawyer in 2016 and completed a Masters in Psychology.

She trained as a Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Teacher in 2018 (the premier chair yoga training method) and completed her mat yoga training in May 2019. .

We provide all equipment just so just bring yourself.
 
Wear clothes you are comfortable in and can easily move, bringing a blanket and a pair of cosy socks can be useful but not essential.
