Clinical Pilates incorporates strengthening exercises with individualised support from our qualified pilates instructor to either rehabilitate after injury or improve your body's core strength to aid in everyday life.
Whether you’ve sustained an injury or just starting to feel a few aches and pains you will benefit from the strengthening exercises of Pilates, which engages your core and strengthens your muscles through low impact movements and holds.
You will be under close supervision in small groups to help correct technique and make sure the correct muscle groups are activating at the correct time.
£8.00 for 1 off drop in or £28.00 x 4 classes (£7/class)

These are very gentle, small group exercise classes aimed at;
individuals who struggle with prescription exercise
individuals who need to strengthen but find other classes too difficult.

Teacher - Charlotte Binney is a qualified rehabilitation exercise professional as well as a soft tissue therapist. She has had years of experience teaching a wide range of exercise classes but specifically enjoys using her in depth anatomy knowledge to help rehabilitate her clients.
