Teacher - Keeley Frampton is a qualified Chair Yoga instructor.

Keeley has been practising yoga since 2013.  She found yoga to be greatly beneficial in helping both her physical and mental health whilst working in a busy job in London.

Following a career change in 2016, she completed a masters in psychology with distinction.  Whilst completing her masters she assisted a social enterprise with some research into the benefits of chair yoga.  Sold on the idea of chair yoga she was inspired to train as a teacher and qualified in 2018.  She continues to assist the social enterprise with their research on chair yoga and works to make yoga accessible to all.

In her spare time she enjoys yoga (both on and off the chair), walking/generally being outdoors, and photography.
